Last week we got the opportunity to go SUPing with the Scherrer's. Cindy and Steve are BIC SUP, Werner Paddles, Watershed DryBags ambassadors and they also own and operate Shellback Paddling Experience. Shellback gives the Scherrer's a chance to share their extensive knowledge of paddling and their passion for SUP. Before we got on the water, Steve and Cindy gave one of the most thorough, fun and informative talks on paddling that I've ever been a party to. Once on the water, it was amazing to watch how effortlessly they paddled around even in the high winds we were experiencing that day. Even their young pup Piper seemed to be old hat at cruising around on the SUP.

I'll post more pics on our Facebook page. It was a day of paddling that none of us will forget. Steve, Cindy and Piper from Shellback Paddling Experience are top notch and a definite asset to the paddling community. We all felt very grateful for the opportunity to paddle and learn alongside them.
