It's Tournament Time!! April is upon us and the local kayak fishing tournaments are starting to pile up. We'll use this page to keep you up on what's happening and we'll add events as we find out about them.

APRIL 12th --- MS Shad Shootout : The Appomattox River Company - Midlothian Store will be hosting a Captain's Meeting for the Shootout at 6pm on April 11th. Stop in and hang with the community.

APRIL 18th- 19th --- 6th Annual YakAttack Tournament benefiting Heroes On The Water at Twin Lakes State Park : Check-In Captains Meeting at Twin Lakes Conference Center on April 18th. Appomattox River Company is a proud sponsor of this great event.

JUNE 28th --- 2014 River Bassin Tournament Trail, Regional - Hosted by Appomattox River Company. Drew Gregory, of Jackson Kayak, and crew will be here in Farmville for this Regional Stop on the Tour, which means a chance to beat his pre-tournament fishing total for more series points. There are some great prizes for this tournament and a chance to go on to the National Championship and big money!

The TKAA/ PowerTeamLures Tournament: This is a great 3 season club tournament. The Tidewater Kayak Anglers Association is a great organization and resource for VA kayak anglers. This is an online bass tournament, so anyone can play.

Spring Season April, May and June - Payout 1st- 5th (possible more)
Summer Season July, August and September Payout 1st - 5th
Fall Season October, November and December Payout 1st - 5th
