Friday’s Five Finds: Kayak Fishing for Tuna, Mexican Waterfalls, Extreme Sailfish, Mexico Creeking, and Drew Camp
Every week I will scour the inter-webs for cool videos, produced by people using the awesome products we sell. Since we stock a dizzying array of different vendors, we have a wide selection to choose from, featuring a lot of talented folks. It ought to be fun and I hope you enjoy seeing sweet paddle-sports items in action. Welcome to Friday's Fresh Features!
This weeks features:
Some of the LiquidLogic and Astral crew hit the Big Ditch aka the Grand Canyon. It looks like they had a blast!
Products featured include:
LiquidLogic Remix XP10 Kayak – The XP10 is an excellent crossover kayak, designed to handle whitewater and open water, with it’s great outfitting and drop down skeg.
LiquidLogic Stinger XP – The original Stinger was designed as a race boat, but now the XP has storage and allows you to travel long distances and do it fast!
Astral PFDs – Astral has been making awesome PFDs for a long while, always looking forward and always innovating.

The Wave Sport Recon break down. Why? Because the Recon is an awesome creeking boat! Check it out!
Here is some crazy footage from one of my wife’s best friends, and one of ARC’s favorite paddlers, Shannon Carroll. Shannon paddles Pyranha Kayaks and is always doing rad stuff! I don’t often hear my wife speak in hushed tones about rivers and creeks, but Dinky Creek is one of those places. Carnage happens, especially when you’re always going big.
Check out Drew Gregory’s video on the Jackson Kayak Kilroy. The Kilroy is fast becoming one of the go to vessels for hunting and fishing. Check out the Kilroy in action.
And now for Kayak Kevin’s first full Podcast video. Kevin had Lee Williams and Rob Choi on the show. Everyone on the show paddles Ocean Kayaks/Old Town Predator Kayaks. The result is a very laid back show, full of information, like hanging around a campfire with some kayak anglers. Check it out.
