Two Developments of Note:

Tis the holiday season and we are gathering the family together for a fun 2020 kick off! Are you ready for family gatherings and bearded banter?

You may have seen news of our first official Appomattox River Company Pro Team, or as we like to call them, family. This PaddleVa Family  collective will be comprised of individuals we believe represent the best of what this industry is about. From kayak fishing to whitewater and beyond, the team will dedicate itself to inspiring, engaging and connecting with the wider paddlesports community.

Chase Tanner is team director and we are very fortunate to have him in the family.

Many have already asked about applying for the team. This group is a little different. It's not a typical team, it's a family. The only way in is to be invited. But for all of our customers who are like family due to their continued support of our shop, we plan to open up exclusive access to the team for Q & A's, etc. More details to follow on that.

We are excited and honored to start off 2020 with such an amazing family in our corner. We'll announce the whole team in 2020. 

The second development:

Our GM, Vince has joined forces with Brad Scott to form a powerful podcast alliance under the excellent moniker Between Two Beards.

The idea : two outdoor industry veterans come together to discuss the outdoors, the paddlesports industry and wider outdoor industry, dad life, our awesome wives, and beard swagger. 

The most interesting man in the world agrees, anybody that's anybody should come sit Between Two Beards.
