Paddling Destinations

We're often asked "where do you paddle?" in the store and its difficult to answer because we're all paddling fanatics, that's why we work here! Depending on our moods, time of year, goals for the day or time allowed we paddle a lot of different areas and types of water so the the easiest answer is "EVERYWHERE". Virginia is a fantastic state for paddlers and with stores in Farmville, Richmond and on the Peninsula we enjoy paddling everything the state has to offer. Our passion for paddling keeps us looking for new and fun places to paddle so if you're looking for a place to paddle your new Canoe or Kayak, or if you're trying to find some new water, this is your place.

This is a work in progress and we'll add links for each location with categories for pictures, route suggestions, distance, directions to put in, difficulty, recommended boat types for the trip or area, fish that might be available for anglers, launch fees if required, type of camping if available, and unique info about the location. If you've made the trip send us your pictures and we'll have a section for "customers pics" with each destination.
